Living Wisdom is a framework for understanding how to be transformed by renewing our minds. It provides an overlap between psychology and theology. Sharne has been endorsed as a Living Wisdom presenter by the founder of Living Wisdom after completing training in Australia and New Zealand. Her workshops highlight the Greatest Hits of Living Wisdom and are also influenced by other solid theologians and psychologists.
The environment: Our ethos is ‘come as you are’. If you don’t really know what you believe any more, you’re in the right place. If you often feel like you don’t belong or you’re not enough, you’ll find a welcome here. If you’re tired and you can’t imagine adding in any inner work but you are desperate for change, remember that spiritual development is more about subtraction than addition. We believe each person already possesses what they need for transformation – they may just need a new insight or perspective to see it.
Cost: We believe mental and emotional health is valuable and so are relationships. We also don’t want the cost to limit attendance. Suggested contribution $50 per workshop series. Introductory offer: come along for $25 then pay what you think it’s worth to you at the end. You can pay in cash or by PayPal on the day.
Refreshments are provided.
Childcare provided for Saturday morning sessions. (A small contribution or trade would be appreciated).
How to sign up: You can just text me (Sharne) on 612 419 7281. It will help us with planning if we know in advance that you’re planning to come (and if you’re bringing the kids).

Continual Transformation – Saturday August 24th 9am-12pm Dominant western culture often sees human development as either ending at adolescence or as a highly individualistic and consumer affair. This workshop will explore the integral connection between the work of our continued personal transformation, the evolution of culture and the larger arc of the story of the Earth. Based on the philosophical and practical work of Ken Wilber, Eckart Tolle, Daniel Schmachtenberger, Byron Katie, Jordan Greenhall Zachary Stein, Richard Rohr and many others, this workshop is formatted with short lectures, collaborative design activities and round-table discussions. Facilitated by Nikolas and Sharne.
